Kal

This is My-Key Heaven Sent to Oelamp HSAs NAJ NF HRD-Is HTD-Is, also known as Kal. Kal was bred by Sue and Glen Kothe and is a Jack grandson. Kal's dam is My-Key Run the Grand Capri (Jack's daughter) and his sire is Offon Remington's Blue Steel CDX RE MX MXJ MXF.  

Jack always enjoyed puppies and Kal was no exception, as the picture below shows.

Kal has started training in agility and herding. He has completely different personalities in each of these sports. In agility, he is highly excited, very fast and tends to scream waiting for his turn. In herding, he is quiet, thoughtful and very relaxed. He learns new things very quickly in both sports and I'm really enjoying working with him. Pending successful health clearances, he will be my newest stud dog.

Kal competed in the Started A sheep course five times and qualified each time. On the left is his last run on this course, where he won the class and tied for Reserve High in Trial.

Kal started his AKC Agility career in November, 2009. Over the two days, he earned two Novice Fast legs and one Novice JWW leg. Below are a couple of his runs from that weekend.
