This is U-ACHX U-OCH Oelamp's Aim for the Top UDX HSAs MX MXJ OAC-V OGC-V OJC-V ROM HIC CGC, otherwise known as Aimee. I chose Aimee (or should I say, she chose me?) as the "keeper" puppy from my first litter. She truly lived up to her name by always Aiming for the Top.
Aimee in Agility
When Aimee retired from obedience competition, she had earned 19 AKC OTCh points, one Obedience High in Trial, seven Obedience High Combined, a Dog World Award and had qualified for and competed at the Pup-peroni Regionals in Novice, Open and Utility. Aimee also placed 4th at the UKC Top Gun Tournament in the Open class in 1995 and placed 2nd in the Champion class at the 1998 Top Gun.
Aimee completed her MX and MXJ in AKC Agility. She also finished all three NADAC Open agility titles (in the veteran division) and completed her Herding Started title (HSAs), winning a Reserve High-in-Trial along the way. Before her retirement, she was also a registered Therapy Dog with Therapy Dogs, Inc. and enjoyed visiting nursing homes and bringing some joy into the lives of the residents.
