Jack has excelled at whatever I have asked of him. In November 2007, he earned his MACH, making him the 8th Triple Champion Border Collie in AKC history. Throughout his show career, Jack has earned High in Trial in Agility, Obedience and Herding and Best of Breed in both AKC and UKC conformation rings. He was the first Oelamp dog to earn a conformation championship. Jack also won the Versatile Border Collie award at the 2005 Border Collie Society of America National Specialty show.

Jack works very hard to please me, no matter what we are doing, and when I come home from a rough day at work, his hugs always cheer me up.

Jack and I spent a lot of time in the last few years on his herding career, focusing especially on improving his driving skills. He earned both his AKC Herding Championship and his AHBA Herding Championship in 2007.
