I have puppies available occasionally for individuals interested in active, working dogs. Border Collies do NOT make good couch potatoes.

I do not plan to have another litter until late 2010 or 2011.

What do all those letters before and after the dogs' names mean?

Remee shines at the Border Collie National Specialty

Remee competed in herding, agility and conformation at the 2009 BCSA National Specialty and did well in all three venues. She took 2nd place on the Advanced B Sheep course, winning me the belt buckle shown below for the Highest Scoring Conformation Champion on that course. She also worked a very tough set of sheep on the Advanced A Sheep course. She didn't qualify on that run, but she worked hard to make the group move for over eight minutes (she normally finishes this course in under 4 minutes). I've concentrated during the last year to increase her confidence on tough sheep and my hard work paid off - I never saw any indication she wanted to quit. In Agility, she earned her 18th Double Q toward her MACH and she showed very nicely in the Veteran's Sweepstakes class in Conformation. This is the first time she has been in a conformation ring in over six years. I couldn't be prouder of my girl and it's hard to believe she turned 9 the month after the Specialty!

Such a beautiful belt buckle - the second she has won for me.

My other dogs did well at the Specialty also. Kal earned his HSAs title in three straight tries. Genee and Rig both earned their PT titles and Flicker qualified twice on the Advanced B duck field. It was long tiring week, but I'm so happy with how the dogs worked all week.
Oelamp's Second AKC Triple Champion - Remee
On January 2, 2010, Remee earned her MACH, making her the second AKC Triple Champion for Oelamp Border Collies. Jack was my first Triple Champion, completing his MACH in November, 2005.
